This was a complex build, but an enjoyable challenge. The hardest part is getting the toothpicks into the pieces without breaking. There are several extras, and you can use remaining partial toothpicks when you only need a short piece, but you still have to be careful. The mechanism is very cheery when it’s running, but you may have to make adjustments after assembly. If you have small tools like jewelry pliers it can help.
